Frequently asked questions

You must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. Drivers aged 18 to 22 can rent with us, but a young driver fee of €5 per day applies; drivers aged 23 and over pay no extra fee. Bring your driving licence and your passport or ID card when you pick up the car.

We offer optional Full Protection insurance for €10 per day on standard cars, €15 per day on SUVs such as the Jeep Renegade and Suzuki Vitara, and €20 per day on vans. It covers up to 100% of the car's value in case of theft or accident damage.

No. Taking any of our cars off-road is strictly prohibited and results in a €3,000 penalty. Driving off-road also cancels your insurance coverage completely.

Same to same. You return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up — no hidden fuel charges and no paying for fuel you never used.

As the renter, you are responsible for any traffic violations or parking tickets during your rental period. If we are notified of a fine, we pass your details to the relevant authorities and an administrative fee may be added.
